Women’s Mysteries Certified Facilitators

The call went out and was heard by these wonderful women who competently completed the online course: Women’s Mysteries for the Modern Woman. There’s never been a more important time for such strong women to step forward and lead humanity towards a wiser, more compassionate & co-operative future which will benefit the next seven generations. The course required them to look deep within, heal ancestral wounds, create healthy emotional boundaries, embrace the creative dragon energy and embody all aspects of being a powerful woman. I am honored to call them my spiritual sisters and to endorse their choice to bring these teachings and rituals into their own practices.

Dawn Akers DC

Doctor of Chiropractic, Yoga Teacher and Artist

Cumnor Clinic
Outskirts of West Oxford
UK

Dawn Akers has been a manual therapist for 40 years. Early in life she’d had the thought “I just want everyone to be alright”; she felt she wanted to help.

In her complementary health clinic in Oxford, UK, she offers McTimoney Chiropractic, Upledger CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation (Barral Institute): with a master’s degree in paediatrics, she specialises in children’s treatment – especially birth-trauma.

Meditation is important in her daily life; she learned Raj Yoga with a spiritual organisation run by women. She is a Hatha Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and has run many workshops on spiritual values, meditation and wellbeing.

Dawn was delighted to discover Dr Christine Page’s powerful Women’s Mysteries for the Modern Woman; the course revealed to her the deeper gifts of both Shakti and Gaya, Earth Mother, and gave her a feeling of completeness.

Spontaneous Movement and Embodied Leadership

Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner (cm)

Certified Leadership Embodiment Coach (Created by Wendy Palmer)

Registered Somatic Movement Educator-ISMETA

MA

United States

For 35 years, building on my experience as a Harvard-trained trauma psychotherapist, I have enjoyed bringing somatic learning to academe at Longy School of Music of Bard College, and Lesley University in Cambridge MA. During that time, I loved helping masters and doctoral students empower themselves by designing their own degrees to fulfill their dreams. My passion also always has been doing hands on work involving touch— giving in person Feldenkrais Method® lessons and in person Leadership Embodiment (LE) coaching to individuals and groups in the Boston area and in Vermont. Since Covid, I have moved my work online. Now, having stepped back from academe, I am excited, in addition to my somatic work, to be able to fully concentrate on these and other passions I first encountered earlier in life–– to help us all discover why we are here on this planet at this time. I am inspired to help people become their own teacher, healer, and leader!

From an early age I have been a seeker— passionate to learn about metaphysics and esoteric as well as traditional healing. My intuition, in addition to learning Western medicine, led me to study and learn metaphysics, holistic healing and peacemaking with Indigenous Wisdom Keepers and Buddhist lamas, among others. I was drawn to crystals at an early age when I had a rock collection. My path led my to study with Venerable Dhyani Ywahoo, 27th generation Lineage Carrier of the Tsalagi (Cherokee) and Buddhist dharma Teacher. For 27 generations the Ywahoo Lineage has been the caretaker of the crystal and of the crystal-activating sound formulas and rituals. I am deeply involved with the Sunray Peace Village in Lincoln, Vermont, founded by Venerable Dhyani, an international spiritual organization dedicated to world peace and reconciliation. In so doing, we are fulfilling the dreams of her Ywahoo ancestors to bring people of all races together for ceremony in the sacred Arbor.

Studying with Israeli physicist and Judo Master, Dr. Moshé Feldenkrais, taught me how to be my own teacher in moving through life. Studying Leadership Embodiment (LE), with Aikido Sensei, Wendy Palmer, helped me develop and embody competencies to navigate skillfully the intensive changes in institutions where I was working. Embodying inclusive rather than hierarchical leadership enabled me to partner together with others toward common goals. Cultivating centered listening when receiving feedback helped me to take criticism without being defensive; I also learned to speak up without being aggressive. Finally within the last couple of years, my intuition led me to learn from multi-faceted, medical intuitive, Christine Page, M.D. to know how to heal ancestral wounds, reclaim my own natural rhythms in harmony with nature, and trust the wisdom of my heart! I am delighted to join this group of amazing women who have trained with Dr. Christine Page with her powerful and empowering training in Ancient Women’s Mysteries in relation to our health and well-being!

I have been helped so much by following my dreams and intuitions to empower myself, and love helping others to do the same. I also love connecting with likeminded people and synchronicity! I teach widely and intensively many subjects including tuning into and developing our consciousness, awareness, and healing. This may include tuning into our Divine Feminine or Masculine by connecting with a powerful archetype or figure we admire. It may also involve learning how to move by accessing our “somatic intelligence” with “somatic empathy” to move out of pain into creativity and joy! By accessing our intuition, and unconscious and conscious awareness, we can craft intentions and mindful actions to overcome obstacles to our desires.

I live in the Northeast with my husband where we enjoy dividing our time between Massachusetts and Vermont.

Licensed: Acupuncturist, Tai Chi and Qi Gong Instructor and Mentor

Greater Boston, Massachusetts
United States

Twenty five years ago my soul whispered, “If I keep doing what I’m doing, I’m just going to shrivel up and die.”  The last two decades have been the most vibrant years of my life.   Immersed in Traditional East Asian medicine, partnered with incredibly talented teachers, practitioners and scientists has me dancing along my growth edge daily.  I consider my entry into the Women’s Mysteries and the New Moon Rituals with Christine Page MD in 2015 to be the Capstone Project of my Life-Long Embodiment Journey.  I am now at home with my own soul and hear her voice more clearly every day.

When I’m not dancing, snowshoeing, biking or kayaking, I’m a Clinical Acupuncturist and teach Tai Chi and Qi Gong in both clinical and community settings with an emphasis on the evidence-informed health benefits. For over a decade I have served as a Senior Tai Chi Instructor in numerous Harvard Medical School-based NIH-funded trials evaluating Tai Chi for chronic heart failure, osteopenic women, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, as well as for its effects on frailty in elderly adults. So, yes, I’m a geek, too!

Company Name: Pure Bodywork Therapies

Safety Harbor, FL
United States

Since 2012, I manage a boutique bodywork practice that specializes in craniosacral therapy, women’s wellness, Arvigo therapy and energy-based modalities. I’ve been a practicing Usui Reiki master since 2007 and have completed a rigorous two-year training in biodynamic craniosacral therapy and other programs of this work.

I’ve traveled to many locations throughout the United States and the world including Belize, Guatemala and Israel, in my quest to learn, observe and absorb how to care for women: body, mind and spirit.

It’s my great pleasure to serve the feminine. It’s my hope to use the feminine mysteries to help women reconnect with the powerful force of their wombs, breasts, bodies and essence; to share in the truth of what it means to be a woman and to express the feminine energy in a potent, healing, sacred and successful way; to support one another in relationship, tribe and community in a way that fosters the connection that is needed for us to step forward into our future together all whilst honoring the linage and ancestors from which we have descended.
